All graphic images are copyrighted by Gina Cabrera of Digital Design Essentials with all rights reserved. Digital Design Essentials graphic images are for PERSONAL USE.

YOU MAY:

You may submit your scrapbook layouts using portions of or entire kits to online or print publications so long as credit and a link i.e. Digital Design Essentials.com, is given to the original copyright holder. This includes any graphics that have been altered.

You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them. (Please see below for more information on altering graphics).

YOU MAY NOT:

You may not claim graphics or altered graphics as your own.

You may not copy the DDE sample layout for any kit and submit it for online, print, or any other type of publication. You also may not submit the DDE sample layout as your own for any type of online, print, or other publication.

You may not make alteration to graphics in any way that will take away the artistic integrity of the original creation.

You may not use any DDE graphics, original or altered, or any portion thereof in any commercial work whatsoever without express written permission by the creator, Gina Cabrera, who can be reached at .

You may not incorporate these graphics into any commercial projects; i.e.: web design/sites, templates, or any projects which will produce income. You are not allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.

You may not use any graphic(s)  to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

You may not use Digital Design Essentials graphics in any online collections, CD ROM's, sold or distributed in any way.

Digital Design Essentials is not responsible to any person, organization or business for any loss and/or damages incurred from the use of the Digital Design Essential products.

Please be sure to back up all products purchased as soon as you have downloaded them. DDE will make your downloads available in case of hard drive failure up to 6 (six) months following your purchase.
